Terms of Service
These terms govern your purchase and use of PipZ, a macOS desktop application distributed by Park Sangjin (sole proprietor, Republic of Korea) ("we", "us"). By installing or using PipZ you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the app.
What you are getting
PipZ is a one-time-purchase macOS application. Your purchase grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use PipZ on Macs you personally own or control, for personal or internal business use. Updates released for the same major version are included at no additional cost.
What you can do
- Install PipZ on any Mac that you personally own or control.
- Use it for personal use or for the internal use of your team or company.
- Receive updates released within the same major version.
What you cannot do
- Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or include PipZ in a competing product.
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app, except where macOS or applicable law expressly permits.
- Remove or alter copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices.
- Use PipZ to infringe copyright, violate the terms of any third-party service, or break any applicable law.
Refunds
If PipZ doesn't work for you, email pipzhelp@gmail.com within 14 days of purchase and we'll issue a full refund. No questions, no forms. We may decline refunds for repeated abuse of this policy.
No warranty
PipZ is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every macOS configuration or every website.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to PipZ - whether in contract, tort, or otherwise - is limited to the amount you paid for the app in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits or lost data.
Updates and changes to the app
We may release updates that add, change, or remove features at our discretion. We try to avoid breaking workflows people rely on, and major changes are usually noted in the changelog.
Termination
Your license terminates automatically if you breach these terms. On termination you must stop using PipZ and delete your copies. Refund-related terms above continue to apply within their stated window.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the Seoul Central District Court.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms over time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of PipZ after changes means you accept the updated terms. Material changes will be highlighted in the changelog.
